AT&T Network Down, Wireless Outages?

I have been trying all night to call and text my wife, but nothing goes through. Text messages get hung up, calls just say “calling…” and never doing anything. Is anyone else having problems with AT&T and/or T-Mobile?

Is the AT&T network down?
