After upgrading, I was unable to traverse my website including the admin page. I had to FTP to my website, rename the redirection plug-in to redirection.old and walaa fixed. I had the same problem too. However, I am reading on the redirection website that the plugin has been upgraded and you should not encounter this problem. I was worried I would not be able to use the redirection plugin for my site anymore. But its all good now!! Yep! I had the same problem too.
